Bridgeport reservoir is located about an hour north of Mammoth Lakes. Follow US-395 north for approximately 50 miles, then turn right on CA-182/ North Sweetwater Rd.

Fishing
If you’ve come to Bridgeport reservoir, you’ve most likely come to fish. This lake boasts abundant populations of Rainbow, German Brown, Cutthroat, Sacramento Perch, and Carp. Opportunities exist for trolling, shore fishing, and fly-fishing. Popular spots include Robinson, Buckeye, and East Walker inlets. Boating
Bridgeport’s marina can accommodate boats up to 24’. Rentals are available.

Want to take a break from fishing? All terrain vehicles are available for rent, and trails leave right from the lakeside.
Camping
Several private campgrounds exist on Bridgeport Lake. Most can accommodate tent campers as well as recreational vehicles. Amenities include a general store, bathrooms, showers, and horse boarding.
