What began as a creative lark in the winter of 2000 has since kaboomed into a high-five community theatre. Two full-scale productions are offered each year, ranging from classic to contemporary. A Midsummer Nights Dream, Steel Magnolias, and The Mousetrap are a sampling of the Theatre's past performances. Creative twists are often inserted into each production, so as to keep the plays fresh and unpredictable. In addition, the Sierra Classic Theatre also produces a much-anticipated Murder Mystery Dinner, which sells out every year.
